Business Development Senior Specialist

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or equivalent outbound sales role, preferably within Fintech or Enterprise SaaS.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified opportunity generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and persuade senior-level decision-makers.
• Strong self-starter with a high degree of motivation, resilience, and a competitive drive.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g. LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Outreach).

• Specific knowledge of capital markets workflows or experience selling collaboration, security, or compliance solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related technical field.
• Experience navigating and prospecting into large, complex financial institutions.
