Our services include hormone replacement therapy, nutrition and dietary support, weight management, and lifestyle-focused wellness programs.
As a Medical Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced leaders in hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and men's wellness. You'll play an important role in creating the kind of positive, professional patient experience that keeps our patients coming back.

Responsibilities
~1 min readYou'll be an important part of both the clinical and patient experience, including:
- →Obtain and document manual vital signs
- →Perform routine blood draws and phlebotomy
- →Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider
- →Maintain lab equipment and complete required documentation and quality controls
- →Prepare and process in-house labs and ensure outside laboratory testing is properly ordered and ready for processing
- →Complete weekly inventory, ordering, and related clinic communications
- →Assist with front-desk responsibilities when needed
- →Support a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment
- →Help create an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors
- →Bring a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-first mindset every day
We're looking for someone who is dependable, personable, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Requirements
~1 min read- High school diploma required; proof of diploma required
- At least 6 months of medical assisting experience/ Phlebotomy experience required
- Experience assisting with minor procedures preferred
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping people
- Comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced clinic
- Proficient with EMR systems
- Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and sterilization/infection-control procedures
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Southlake, TX

- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
