Responsibilities

→Lead design and development of software solutions and system architecture
→Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and strategies
→Guide and mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical direction
→Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and security
→Drive best practices in development, testing, and deployment
→Troubleshoot complex system-level issues

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
7+ years of software development experience
Strong proficiency in one or more languages (Java, Python, C++, etc.)
Experience with system design and distributed systems
Deep understanding of software architecture and best practices

Compensation Spotlight:
