The Director is responsible for a portfolio of projects, project teams, and client relationships. This role drives execution, financial performance, staffing, operational excellence, and leadership development.

Support general leadership of the assigned market

Lead data center campus teams

Provide hands on management support for individual projects

Manage overall budgets and corresponding subcontractor/vendor/consultant budgets

Manage overall schedules
-
Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.

Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.

Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with the contracted scope of work.
-
Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
-
Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.
-
Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite.
-
May perform Field Superintendent duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously.

Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team.
-
Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.
-
Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.
-
Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors in regards to quality of work or scheduling.

Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.

Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
-
Complete other such duties consistent with your role as you may be assigned by EverOn management.

Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

Review schedules, forecasts, and risk profiles.

Conduct portfolio health assessments.
-
Align resources across projects.

Review project forecasts monthly.
-
Manage contingency exposure.
-
Drive change order recovery.
-
Ensure profitability objectives are achieved.
-
Build executive-level relationships.
-
Resolve escalated client concerns.
-
Participate in strategic planning sessions.
-
Generate repeat business opportunities.
-
Develop PMs and Superintendents.
-
Identify future leaders.
-
Conduct quarterly talent reviews.
-
Create succession plans.
-
Standardize processes.
-
Implement lessons learned.
-
Improve project controls.
-
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
