The Senior Program Manager will take a lead role in delivering some of the most advanced data center portfolios in the country. This position is designed for someone who thrives on ownership, brings deep technical and construction insight, and isn’t afraid to set a higher bar for what great delivery looks like. You’ll represent the client with clarity and confidence, guide multidisciplinary teams through complex decisions, and create an environment where people feel supported, informed, and aligned. Your work will shape portfolios of projects from the earliest concept through final turnover. You’ll keep teams focused on what matters, communicate openly, and build the type of trust that keeps programs moving smoothly even when challenges arise. More than managing tasks, you’ll set the tone for accountability, collaboration, and thoughtful problem solving. This is a chance to make a meaningful impact, lead with integrity, and help deliver high performing facilities that our clients and partners can rely on for years to come. He or she will report to the Director of Construction. 

Portfolio Delivery & Execution 

  • Lead the due diligence and master/campus planning phases for assigned data center portfolio.  

  • Lead program-level planning across multiple buildings and phases to ensure alignment with overall campus delivery objectives.   

  • Provide oversight of engineering firms & general contractors throughout all project phases, including master planning, detail design, mobilization, construction execution, punch list, and turnover. 

  • Deliver constructability input on electrical and mechanical designs to ensure cost-effective, buildable solutions. 

  • Use broad data center project experience and detailed knowledge of critical infrastructure systems including switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, fire safety systems, and integrated controls/security infrastructure to guide clients toward sound strategies, help them understand design tradeoffs, and support decisions that drive reliability, efficiency, and overall program success.  

  • Monitor construction progress and prepare regular executive level updates on key metrics, schedule forecasts, constraints/issues, risks, etc. for internal and client stakeholders. 

  • Drive utility engagement, infrastructure upgrades, and communication with public utility services. 

  • Lead IMS coordination and develop schedule recovery strategies to maintain critical project and portfolio milestones. 

  • Reinforce safety ownership throughout the projects in strict adherence to company safety policies. 

 

Client and Cross Functional Relationships 

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned portfolio building trust through consistent performance and transparency.  

  • Coordinate across disciplines to ensure seamless project integration and handoff to operations. 

  • Drive alignment across internal and external leadership teams. 

  • Lead executive level reporting and presentations for assigned portfolio. 

 

Financial Management 

  • Responsible for overall budget management and cost control for assigned portfolio. 

  • Accountable for reviewing and approving vendor invoices as necessary. 

  • Review and approve client invoices via Procore. 

  • Review change orders with stakeholders and resolutions to prevent delays and mitigate financial risk.  

  • In partnership with Project Controls, review cost forecasting aligned with schedule and procurement strategy. 

 

Continuous Improvement 

  • Contribute to initiatives that improve construction processes, safety practices, and overall efficiency across T5 Data Centers’ growing portfolio. 

  • Incorporate lessons learned to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.  

  • Coach and mentor direct report(s). 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent data center experience, required 

  • 4+ years Project Management experience, required 

  • Data center development and/or data center construction experience, required 

  • Substation design experience, preferred
