• →Be responsible for the overall running of the facility and all other secondary roles which flow from this function
• →Ensure operations costs are in line with budget
• →Ensures the on-time delivery of product to/from the distribution centre
• → Responsible for implementation and effective utilization of system(s) which will ensure that all product within the warehouse and/or entering or leaving the warehouse is accurately identified and distributed/delivered timeously
• → Ensure efficient warehousing with timeous movement of product.
• → Extracts data and generates reports which will assist in performance tracking and decision making.
• → Ensure consistent application of Company policies and procedures.
• → Trains and supervise employees to carry out the functions under their control.
• → Implement and maintain health and safety standards
• → Must continually work to promote the orderliness and cleanliness of the work area and other company standards
• → Identifies value-creation opportunities for the company in the movement and distribution of the product.
• → Works closely with senior management and Human Resources to resolve issues and ensure quality service to our customers.
• → Oversee maintenance, repairs, or replacements for machines.
• → Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Matric
• Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field – Advantageous
• 4–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or outbound distribution.
• Proven experience in supervising or managing warehouse teams.
• Hands-on involvement in returns handling, outbound logistics, and system-driven operations

• Ability to implement and manage warehouse systems effectively
• Ability to train, supervise, and motivate staff
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to adapt to change and maintain high performance standards
