Take-Two, a global leader in the fast-growing interactive entertainment industry, is seeking a Paralegal to provide day-to-day administrative and paralegal support to our immigration team, partnering with external immigration providers and internal HR to provide a curated experience for employees requiring work authorization support in the countries where we are located. The Paralegal will support seamless processing of North American employee immigration files by serving as a point of contact for employees, external counsel, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
~1 min read● Day-to-day case management of routine business immigration matters in the United States and Canada, including but not limited to H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, and I-140 petitions (US), along with Canadian work permit applications and employment-based Permanent Residence applications
● Initiate and track matters with external counsel for new hires, intra-company transfers, labor certifications, and employment-based immigrant applications
● Provide regular case updates to employees and stakeholders, including email updates, HR-facing trackers, and status calls
● Give guidance on immigration processes to employees to ensure they have full understanding of the required documentation and timelines;
● Act as a resource for HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and external counsel for general workflow processes
● Prepare immigration-related letters and documents that align with country-specific immigration or entry requirements
● As necessary, perform research to support immigration cases, such as background on a specialization or industry, current wages, processing procedures, processing speed options, consular processes, etc.
Requirements

- At least 2-3 years of Canadian and US immigration law experience.
- In-house legal experience highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands.
- Attention to detail and thorough documentation skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Broad knowledge of current events and pop culture.
- Passion for video games highly desirable.
