Take-Two Interactive is seeking a motivated Manager to join its highly visible Corporate Development & Strategy team. This is an exciting opportunity for a curious, business-minded individual with a demonstrated passion for video games and strong technical skills. In this role, you will work with senior management and the board of directors at the corporate level and with label leadership to drive M&A, investments, strategic initiatives, and the Company’s overall long-term strategy. You’ll be responsible for performing rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses that drive key decisions across the organization. The ideal candidate is adept at financial modeling, skilled at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights, and has excellent communication skills for presenting findings to senior leadership.
• Develop and refine financial models that will support the assessment and valuation of potential acquisitions, early to late stage investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor trends within the interactive entertainment industry to identify emerging opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry competitors and market developments, delivering regular insights to the team.
• Assist in due diligence efforts for M&A and partnership opportunities.
• Assist with the preparation of clear, concise presentations, memoranda, and reports for senior management and Board meetings.
• Assist with new initiatives driven by the Corporate Development group including, but not limited to, the creation of new business units, post-acquisition integration, and business model innovation.
• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, and/or Corporate Development.
• Prior experience in the interactive entertainment industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in building financial/operating models and a thorough understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, Precedent Transactions, Public Trading Comparables, SOTP, etc.).
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate in a highly effective manner both written & verbally.
