Responsibilities

→Monday – Friday
→7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
→No weekends

→Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
→Prepare shipping paperwork and coordinate carrier and freight pickups
→Verify order details, quantities, and product labeling before shipment
→Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing freight
→Operate warehouse and production equipment, including saws, drills, presses, and trimmers
→Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
→Identify quality concerns and help resolve issues before products leave the facility
→Contribute ideas that improve processes, efficiency, and overall operations
→Provide support across departments as business needs evolve

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and measuring devices
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed

High school diploma or GED required
1–3 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred
Forklift certification or material handling equipment experience is a plus
Valid Wisconsin driver's license, or the ability to obtain one
