The Health Systems Partnerships Lead is responsible for our  end-to-end success of our  and collaborations with Health Systems. This includes building and maintaining relationships, driving contracting, onboarding, project management of the integration plan and, and ensuring operational enablement. The Health Systems lead will be the primary point of contact within TargetRWE to provide information on the health of the relationships, recommendations for the future, and upcoming needs. They will be the single point of contact for the Health System for technical questions and to support sites in using data generated by TargetRWE

This role is critical for our research mission w to ensure high-quality, compliant, and scalable real-world data delivery.

This is a hands-on role for a tenacious and proactive candidate who enjoys  building durable processes, and maintaining strong relationships while driving day-to-day execution.

• →Lead health system onboarding from contracting  through go-live 
• →Coordinate site-facing contracting workflows (CTAs and budgets) in partnership with Legal, Finance, and Clinical Operations
• →Project manage the the data ingestion and integration efforts sitting in between the TargetRWE Product and Engineering teams and Health System IT teams
• →Serve as the primary partner for health system technical and clinical teams
• →Proactively identify risks, unblock delays, and maintain momentum across onboarding and activation
• →Speak to  data governance, privacy, and security requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2, DUAs)
• →Document and scale onboarding playbooks, governance processes, and best practices

• Direct experience working with health systems or hospital IT teams
• Past experience project managing integrations of EHR data from a health system to a non health system entity
• Experience coordinating or supporting Clinical Trial Agreements and site startup workflows with EHR platforms and healthcare data standards
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Understanding of healthcare data governance, privacy, and security requirements
• Excellent communication skills across technical, clinical, and executive audiences

• Experience in a health tech startup or high-growth environment
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven or data-intensive healthcare products
• Background in clinical operations, informatics, or healthcare consulting
