Bachelor’s Degree
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply – as long as they have strong experience with blood extraction

Knowledgeable in infection control, hygiene, and safe disposal of sharp and biohazard materials
Understanding of veins, circulation, and human body systems related to blood collection
Basic knowledge of phlebotomy tools, centrifuges, and sample storage requirements

Proficient in venipuncture, capillary puncture, and proper specimen handling
Efficiently handle multiple patients and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinic or laboratory setting
Ability to address challenging draws, difficult veins, or unexpected patient reactions
Has good communication and people skills
