What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform general building repairs and preventative maintenance. You will work as an essential Building Maintenance Mechanic to ensure facilities stay safe and fully operational. Complete minor plumbing (toilets, sinks), electrical (switches, breakers, ballasts), and HVAC (filters, belts) repairs. Execute general carpentry, basic structural fixes, drywall prep, and painting tasks. Work as a skilled Facilities Maintenance Tech to resolve assigned work orders, update records, and maintain the company vehicle. Assist with safety hazards, follow Lockout/Tagout procedures, and participate in an emergency on-call rotation. What You Bring To The Team / Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certificate or 1+ years of maintenance experience. Hands-on working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs. Ability to safely carry and climb ladders, use standard hand/power tools, and lift up to 50 lbs.
