If yes, we are looking for an Executive Support Officer to join our Team in Greece!
Responsibilities

Manage the daily calendars of the CEO in an efficient way - arrange meetings, personal appointments, conference calls, etc.

Perform additional duties and complete ad hoc projects as assigned by the CEO.

Support staff in assigned project-based work (formatting Word, Excel, PowerPoint documents, etc.).

Perform general clerical and office duties.
- →
Arrange complex travel and accommodations for the team and prepare the additional expense reports.
- →
Organize local office events and global company events as needed.
- →
Handle other Administrative services & activities.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field. Additional qualifications as a Personal Assistant or a Secretary are considered an advantage.
1-2 years of proven similar experience working as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting Senior Managers within a multinational environment.
Excellent command of English language.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office especially with focus on PowerPoint & Excel.
Must have exceptional attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
Must be a self-starter and driven.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
