Join our dynamic Partners Enabling team, where we connect with merchants to offer Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) and interest-bearing financing solutions to customers purchasing goods and services. As we expand into new verticals—with a special interest in the fashion industry—we’re looking for a motivated Regional Sales Manager to help us grow.

Responsibilities

  • Leading, coaching and developing a high performing sales team

  • Monitoring sales performance and achievement of regional targets

  • Implementing sales strategies aligned with company objectives

  • Recruiting, training and evaluating sales professionals

  • Ensuring compliance with banking and operational procedures

  • Building strong  partner relationships within the region

  • Preparing performance reports and presenting business insights to senior management

  • Proven experience in sales management

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills

  • Commercial and business acumen with analytical thinking

  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Strong understanding of the sales process and customer dynamics

  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools

  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region
