  Develop and execute product strategies aligned with tbi bank’s vision and market needs.

  Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvement.

  Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

  Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, credit risk, compliance and operations teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

  Define and track key product metrics, using data to drive decision-making and product enhancements.

  Identify and solve performance issues, including funnel drop-offs, rising defaults.

  Gather and prioritize customer feedback to ensure products meet user needs and regulatory requirements.

  Prepare product documentation, business cases, and go-to-market plans.

  Stay up to date with industry trends, digital banking innovations, and regulatory changes.
