Responsibilities
~1 min readIn this role, you’ll take ownership of the risk strategies that power our Credit Card business. You’ll:

Lead the implementation of our Credit Risk strategy for credit cards, ensuring sustainable portfolio growth.

Optimize risk management processes, credit flows, and user experience (UX) to balance customer satisfaction with sound risk practices.

Continuously enhance credit acceptance criteria, limit management, and anti-fraud measures.

Monitor and analyze key risk KPIs, ensuring effective risk control and early issue detection.

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across analytics, operations, and product to ensure data accuracy and strong decision support.

Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing business direction through your analytical expertise.

Cover Bulgaria, Romania & Greece — with travel.
3+ years of proven experience in Retail Credit Risk management.
A degree in Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
Strong knowledge of Retail Risk frameworks and proven experience implementing risk mitigation strategies.
Confidence in monitoring and interpreting key risk indicators to support business goals.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and SQL (knowledge of other analytical tools is a plus).
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
