Design, implement, and maintain advanced data models, dashboards, and analytical frameworks

Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into data-driven solutions
→
Perform data cleaning, transformation, and deep-dive exploratory analysis
→
Develop and maintain reporting solutions in Power BI, ensuring accuracy and business relevance
→
Build Python-based analytical scripts for automation, data enrichment, and predictive insights
→
Support development and deployment of machine learning models (e.g., churn, reactivation, scoring)
→
Ensure high data quality, documentation, and consistency across analytical outputs
→
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable way

Bachelor’s in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Engineering, or related field
4+ years of relevant experience
Strong SQL, Snowflake, and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn basics)
Power BI expertise (modeling, DAX, visualization)
Experience with machine learning, MLOps, or Python automation is a plus
Familiarity with financial/banking datasets, customer behavior, or credit portfolio data
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities
High attention to detail and data consistency
