·       Active Directory design and administration and policy enforcement.

·       Administration and operational support for servers running Windows Server or Linux based environments.

·       Operate and maintain virtual environments (HyperV/VMware) and backup technologies.

·       Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company.

·       Oversee system performance and troubleshooting issues.

·       Update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks.

·       Resolve technical issues related to network and system interruptions.

·       Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.

·       Perform system upgrades following new releases.

·       Be “on-call” for all periods as assigned by manager, including participation in afterhours support.

·       Provide second level of support of relevant technical issues.

·       Sustain network integrity, server deployment, and security.

·       Monitor and maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, Email servers, AntiVirus server etc.

·       Ensure high-level security and efficiency resulting in 100% output.
