Ramp Attendant

Job Summary: Provides the day-to-day loading and unloading of cargo to and from Aircraft. MAIN DUTIES: Loading and off-loading baggage Moves cargo and bags to and from the aircraft Any other duties assigned by Management SKILLS: · Excellent customer service skills · Strong spoken communication skills · A polite and professional approach · The ability to solve problems Requirements PHYSICAL & SAFETY REQUIREMENT: · Ability to lift 50 pounds and over · Agility and ability to work in confined spaces · Constant vigilance about airplane traffic · Attention to safety procedures QUALIFICATIONS: Education and/or Experience Applicant must possess High School level proficiency education Continuous Ramp Agent training Pleasant and polite with Excellent Customer Service Skills
