As a FP&A Manager, you will:
- Own consolidated financial reporting and forecasting across the enterprise, delivering accurate and timely outputs to senior leadership.
- Prepare and present executive- and board-level reporting packages, including variance analysis, KPI dashboards, and narrative commentary tailored to the PE sponsor and executive audiences.
- Produce business unit reporting that surfaces performance drivers, risks, and opportunities at the segment level.
- Track and report on SaaS KPIs and unit economics including ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, CAC, LTV, Rule of 40, and related metrics.
- Partner closely with the VP of Commercial Finance and Director of Financial Systems to architect the reporting dimension structure (chart of accounts, cost centers, product/segment hierarchy) to support evolving business needs and future scale.
- Establish and maintain a rolling forecast process that drives discipline and forward visibility across the organization, preparing a reliable company baseline exit rate for annual planning use.
- Work alongside the VP of Commerical Finance to lead the annual budgeting cycles and long-range strategic planning in partnership with functional and product line leaders.
- Oversee a unified revenue and ARR driver-based forecast, working with finance directors supporting multiple business unit segments to ensure a standard approach and timely updates.
- Build and maintain driver-based models reflecting SaaS operating mechanics — ARR, retention, expansion, churn, quota capacity, pipeline conversion, CAC, LTV — and expense and headcount cost drivers at the vendor level, including management adjustment costs.
- Partner with VP Finance to manage business partnering support for R&D, Product, and G&A teams, serving as a trusted finance partner to functional leaders.
- Model and measure the ROI of strategic initiatives, including technology investments, automation opportunities, and operational improvement efforts.
- Own the shared services cost allocations strategy, implementation, and ongoing maintenance to ensure business unit P&Ls are properly burdened.
- Streamline allocation methodologies and ensure system architecture supports future business scale, M&A integration, and segment-level reporting needs.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives for senior leadership, the executive team, and the PE sponsors.
- Partner with senior leaders to surface insights, challenge assumptions, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Support M&A diligence, integration, and post-acquisition performance tracking, including systems integration work.

- Continuously improve financial reporting tools, forecasting methodologies, and dashboard capabilities to enhance accuracy, transparency, and usability; drive initiatives to advance process automation and financial systems integration.
- Develop best-in-practice processes for reporting and data cleansing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and scalability.
- Identify and implement opportunities to reduce manual effort across FP&A through intelligent automation and modern tooling.
- Use AI tools to automate and streamline data checks, reporting and commentary generation, and financial modeling workflows.
This position follows established policies and procedures to keep confidential information secure.
A great fit for this position has:

- Deep understanding of SaaS ARR unit economics, with the ability to translate metrics into business insight.
- Understanding and demonstrated ownership of headcount cost drivers, vendor level costs, marketing programs costs, hosting/cogs-related costs, and management adjustment costs.
- SaaS, software, or services industry background required.
- Advanced financial modeling skills with demonstrated ability to build complex, driver-based models from scratch in Excel and other cloud-native forecasting tools.
- Adaptive Planning — extensive hands-on user experience required; background in Adaptive implementations or major re-architectures a strong plus.
