PeopleForce is a fast-growing HRM SaaS platform trusted by mid-market and enterprise customers across Europe, the UK, and global markets.
As we move into larger and more regulated enterprise deals, legal, security, and compliance become part of our go-to-market engine — not just a back-office function.
We’re looking for a senior Commercial Counsel who can own enterprise negotiations end-to-end, represent PeopleForce in front of customer legal and security teams, and help us close complex deals without slowing down growth.
This is a GTM-critical role with direct revenue impact 🚀
Responsibilities
~1 min readYou are the legal owner of enterprise revenue.
Lead negotiations on MSAs, DPAs, SCCs, and procurement redlines
Negotiate directly with customer legal and procurement teams
Protect IP, liability, data protection, and commercial risk
Keep deals moving fast — without creating future exposure
You are part of the deal team, not a blocker.
Join and lead customer security, GDPR, and compliance calls
Represent our ISO, GDPR, and security posture
Ensure contractual commitments reflect what we actually deliver as a product
You help Sales close better — not just safer.
Build and maintain contract templates and fallback positions
Create clause playbooks for Sales and Revenue teams
Define risk thresholds so deals don’t get stuck or over-escalate
Enable faster, repeatable enterprise deal cycles
We’re looking for someone who has already done this in SaaS.
Requirements
~1 min read7+ years in commercial tech / SaaS law
In-house experience in B2B SaaS
Strong background in enterprise contracts and GDPR
Confident, business-level English for live negotiations
Leading calls with enterprise legal teams
Handling security and compliance discussions with customers
Pushing back on unreasonable clauses
Balancing deal speed with long-term company risk
Nice to Have

International / multi-jurisdiction SaaS exposure
Close collaboration with Sales, Security, and Engineering teams
