Integrity is actively recruiting a Health & Safety Coordinator to join our expanding team!
The Health & Safety Coordinator is responsible for supporting safety initiatives across all facilities, and helping maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all team members.
The Health & Safety Coordinator will report directly to the Health & Safety Leader.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct injury and incident investigations
- Act as secretary for for all 7 Joint Health & Safety Committees
- Follow up on corrective actions for safety concerns and hazards
- Assist with ongoing safety training initiatives
- Conduct safety orientations for new hires
- Maintain and update JHSC boards across all facilities
- Work alongside Health & Safety Leader and assist the department as required
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Health & Safety related role
- Interest in improving the safety of processes and procedures
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Passion for promoting a safe and healthy work environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Integrity has been specializing in custom plastic injection molds primarily for the automotive industry since 2000. Our main areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, standard injection, multi-shot rotary, chrome grill products, and large interior trim.
We currently employ 890+ highly skilled team members, operating out of 4 locations, with 13 facilities globally. Corporate headquarters is located in Oldcastle (Windsor), Canada, with additional full capability facilities in Pulaski, Tennessee, Queretaro, Mexico and Treviso, Italy.
