  • Oversee installation activities associated with track systems, signaling, traction power, communications systems, and other operational technologies.
  • Direct testing and commissioning activities to ensure systems are fully operational and meet performance requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with contractors, engineering teams, agency representatives, and project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with technical specifications, schedules, budgets, and contractual obligations.
  • Serve as a technical authority for systems integration and constructability challenges.
  • Oversee compliance with NFPA-130 requirements and applicable life safety standards.
  • Support emergency ventilation systems, fire protection systems, communications infrastructure, and emergency preparedness planning.
  • Participate in risk assessments and support development of contingency and response plans.
  • Facilitate technical reviews, executive-level meetings, and multidisciplinary coordination sessions.
  • Drive quality assurance initiatives and promote continuous improvement throughout project delivery.
  • Coordinate interfaces between engineering, construction, operations, and maintenance teams.
  • Support long-term operational planning and system turnover activities.
