Network Provisioning Manager

Ensure timely administration / processing of incoming access service orders by managing the implementation of access services that can comprise of various service elements such as local loop, internet access and hardware. Maintain pro-active contact and status feedback loop with LCON during the delivery journey. Co-ordinate local on-site engineering activities with the LCON. Proactively track supplier deliverables against set KPIs and maintain internal tracking / ordering tools with latest key delivery milestones and key status updates. Maintain a firm delivery reliability of all access components against agreed timelines (KPIs) and minimize internal order processing / completion delays. Area- and industry specific product and market knowledge - knowledge of DTGBS relevant portfolio and supplier products. Effective time management: Highly driven and proactive individual, who is motivated to work autonomously to meet often tight deadlines and targets. Process understanding Order management, requiring excellent coordination/scheduling skills.
