Tech Lead (Fund Data Processing)

TeleTrader d.o.o. is a software company specialized in stock market data and financial analysis, offering a broad portfolio of tools for the processing, visualization and analysis of stock market data. TeleTrader is a global company, active on the international market and headquartered in Vienna, Austria. It is part of baha Group, which develops its software in Belgrade, while selling its products globally across Europe, North America, and Asia.

TeleTrader is announcing the following vacancy within its Fund Data Processing team: 

• →Overall responsibility for the Fund Data’s entire system architecture, software development, databases, and the operation of all technical systems.
• →Leadership and development of a high-performing technical team
• →Achieving and maintaining a high level of data quality and data timeliness across all fund data products
• →Modernization of the software and system architecture with the objective of migrating to centralized, high-performance database systems, enabling direct real-time database transactions for key software tools and components
• →Establishing modern, flexible customer delivery methods in line with current standards (request-based, JSON, etc.).
• →Continuous improvement of internal software tools used by employees and automation of manual processes across the fund data segment, combined with the establishment of high-quality standards.
• →Planning and implementation of all technical initiatives required to achieve the strategic development and direction defined by company management.

• Platform: Kubernetes, Kafka, Argo CD & Argo Workflows, AWX, Ansible
• Observability: Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and the ELK stack
• Engineering: Polyglot environment using C#, Python, PHP, Java, TypeScript, and Delphi
• Data: MySQL, Elasticsearch, and MongoDB
• Infrastructure: Windows-based network with Active Directory and Linux servers

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer
• Strong hands-on background with Kubernetes and distributed systems
• Solid understanding of monitoring, logging and operation excellence
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Comfortable operating in Linux and Windows-based infrastructures
• Strong ownership and ability to lead by example
