Junior Journalist

TeleTrader d.o.o. is a software company specialized in stock market data and financial analysis, offering a broad portfolio of tools for the processing, visualization and analysis of stock market data. TeleTrader is a global company, active on the international market and headquartered in Vienna, Austria. It is part of baha Group, which develops its software in Belgrade, while selling its products globally across Europe, North America, and Asia. TeleTrader is announcing the following vacancy within its News department:

Our News team writes news in English and follows the most important events in the fields of business, technology and politics, as well as other major global events, with a special emphasis on Western Europe and the United States.

The team consists of the team leader (editor in chief), two editors and the journalists who are responsible for finding topics and writing articles, in consultation with the editor. The team covers news 24/7. 

All of the articles are written for the Baha Breaking News platform, a part of TeleTrader that is well on its way to take over the global news market. The platform is available both as a website and a mobile app, as well as on other TeleTrader products.

The candidate should have:

• Minimum C1 level of  English proficiency
• Good communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Good typing speed
• Good Internet research skills
• Ability to handle fast-paced reporting and meet tight deadlines
• Interests in global economic and political trends
• Readiness to work in shifts (7am – 3pm and 3pm – 11pm); occasional need for weekend shifts (9am - 9pm)
