If you have a passion for improving the developer experience, building world-class open-source software and communities, and want to be a part of our amazing team, we'd love to hear from you!

Temporal’s Global Events & Field Marketing Team is seeking a Senior Events & Field Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and key production/operational workstreams for Replay, our annual developer conference series, while also supporting our regional field marketing event portfolio. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring exceptional cross-functional collaboration, operational rigor, and meticulous attention to detail. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our Replay events into world-class technology conferences that foster meaningful engagement, showcase innovation, and strengthen our community.

You’ll work closely with teams across marketing, developer relations, product, sales, partnerships, and executive leadership, as well as, oversee and manage external agencies/vendors to bring Replay to life and elevate Temporal’s brand presence through unforgettable, experiential event experiences.

At Temporal, we value ownership, creativity, and collaboration. We move quickly, embrace ambitious goals, and empower individuals to make an outsized impact. This is an opportunity to shape and scale a high-impact, large-scale event series at a hyper-growth infrastructure company trusted by some of the world’s leading engineering organizations.
