Library Associate 2

is accepting applications for the following position:

The Library Associate 2 is a major provider of the library’s customer, circulation, and reference services and gives computer assistance and one-on-one instruction to library patrons as needed. The Library Associate II may also facilitate the operation of Testing Centers across Motlow Campuses.

High school diploma or equivalent and one year of customer service experience.

Associate’s Degree earned from a regionally accredited institution and at least two years customer service experience

• →Working knowledge of books, eBooks, and library databases.
• →Knowledge of customer service principles and ability to apply them in a library setting
• →Demonstrates a working knowledge of cloud storage, including Microsoft OneDrive and Google Suite.
• →Has experience using D2L or a similar Learning Management System
• →Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
