As we continue to scale our global sales and business development teams, we are looking for a passionate Sales Trainer to build world-class sales capabilities across the organisation.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer with a strong background in Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Account Management, and Revenue Growth. The ideal candidate should have spent the majority of their career in sales and business development roles before transitioning into sales training and enablement.
The individual will be responsible for training, mentoring, and developing fresh graduates and experienced sales professionals joining various business units of the Test Yantra Group. The goal is to build a high-performing sales organisation equipped with the skills, processes, and mindset required to drive business growth across global markets.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Design and deliver structured sales training programmes for freshers and experienced sales professionals across Test Yantra, Fireflink, Technoelevate, and QSpiders.
- →Develop onboarding and induction programmes for new Business Development Executives, Sales Managers, Account Managers, and Inside Sales teams.
- →Train teams on lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, and deal closure techniques.
- →Create role-based learning paths, sales playbooks, training materials, call scripts, and sales enablement assets.
- →Conduct regular classroom, virtual, and workshop-based training sessions.
- →Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, mock calls, role plays, certifications, and performance tracking.
- →Coach sales teams on pipeline management, CRM usage, sales processes, forecasting, and account growth strategies.
- →Work closely with business leaders to identify skill gaps and develop targeted improvement plans.
- →Mentor fresh graduates and junior sales professionals to accelerate productivity and performance.
- →Support the development of sales leadership capabilities for future managers and team leads.
- →Drive continuous learning initiatives and establish best practices across the sales organisation.
- →Monitor market trends, sales methodologies, and emerging techniques to continuously enhance training programmes.
Requirements
~1 min read- 10–15 years of overall experience with 9–10 years in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Revenue Growth roles.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or Revenue Coaching.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, lead generation, inside sales, account management, and consultative selling.
- Experience training teams selling technology services, SaaS products, software solutions, staffing services, or education programmes.
- Proven ability to coach and improve sales performance across different experience levels.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience developing sales curricula, certification programmes, and learning frameworks.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools.
- Ability to work closely with leadership teams and align training programmes with business objectives.
