About Tevalis

Tevalis is a fast-growing UK SaaS company delivering powerful EPOS and technology solutions to the hospitality sector. Our platform is trusted by operators across restaurants, hotels, pubs, bars and venues to run their businesses more efficiently and profitably. As we scale, we're investing in building a high-performing marketing function and our digital presence is central to how we generate demand, nurture prospects and drive revenue.

The Role

We're looking for a talented and commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to own our digital presence and marketing technology stack. This is a broad, senior role for someone who combines strong hands-on paid media expertise with the analytical and operational skills to manage our tools, data and marketing infrastructure.

You'll take ownership of our website, bring our paid digital activity in-house, and play a key role in the implementation and ongoing management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud as we roll it out. On the RevOps side, you'll work closely with the Director of Marketing and the sales team to ensure lead routing, attribution and reporting are set up to give us a clear picture of what's driving pipeline.

This is a role with real breadth and genuine ownership. You'll be joining a small but growing team at an exciting point in Tevalis's journey, with the opportunity to shape how we operate digitally from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Paid Digital & Demand Generation

  • Own and manage paid media channels including PPC (Google Ads) and paid social (primarily LinkedIn).
  • Develop and execute paid campaigns across the full funnel from brand awareness through to lead generation and pipeline acceleration.
  • Manage budgets, optimise performance and report on ROI, ensuring spend is always accountable and improving.
  • Work alongside the Content Manager to align paid activity with content and campaign plans.

Website Management

  • Own the Tevalis website, managing updates, landing pages, SEO, performance and user experience.
  • Optimise the site for conversion, driving engagement and inbound leads.
  • Monitor site analytics via Google Analytics and act on insights to continuously improve performance.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Marketing Technology

  • Play an active role in the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, working with the wider team and implementation partners to get it right from the start.
  • Own the day-to-day management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email journeys, audience segmentation, automation and reporting.
  • Manage the broader marketing tech stack, ensuring tools are well integrated, data flows are clean and the team is getting value from the platforms we invest in.

Revenue Operations & Data

  • Set up and maintain lead routing processes, ensuring prospects are passed to the sales team quickly and with the right context.
  • Own marketing attribution building and maintaining reporting that clearly connects marketing activity to pipeline and revenue.
  • Maintain the quality and integrity of marketing data, working with sales operations to keep CRM data clean and actionable.
  • Produce regular performance dashboards and reports for the Director of Marketing, surfacing insights that inform strategy and investment decisions.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years of digital marketing experience in a B2B environment, ideally within a SaaS company.
  • Strong, hands-on paid media experience across Google Ads and LinkedIn, you've managed budgets and can demonstrate measurable results.
  • Experience managing or contributing to a B2B website, including CMS management, landing page optimisation and basic SEO.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, prior implementation experience is a strong plus, but a willingness and ability to become an expert is essential.
  • Analytically strong, you're comfortable in GA4, CRM reporting and building dashboards that tell a clear story.
  • Understanding of lead lifecycle management, attribution modelling and RevOps principles in a B2B context.
  • Experience working with marketing automation and email platforms.

The Right Person

  • Highly organised and process-driven, you bring structure to complexity and take ownership.
  • Commercially minded, you connect digital activity to pipeline and revenue, not just traffic and clicks.
  • Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team where you'll need to be hands-on and adaptable.
  • Curious about the hospitality and technology sectors and motivated to build genuine industry knowledge.
  • A strong communicator who can translate data and technical concepts into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in vertical SaaS or a similarly complex B2B sales environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM as well as Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with ABM (account-based marketing) tools or strategies.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email and landing page work.
  • Familiar with emerging AI marketing tools.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary of £40,000 – £45,000 depending on experience.
  • Fully remote role with the flexibility to work in a way that suits you.
  • Occasional team days at our Hull HQ/London office.
  • A genuine opportunity to shape our digital marketing function and leave a real mark on how Tevalis grows.
  • A company with strong product-market fit, a clear growth plan and a great story to tell.
  • Additional holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays, plus up to 5 extra days for 5 years service (pro rata).
  • Birthday off: Paid day off on your birthday.
  • Enhanced company sick pay: Above statutory requirements dependent on length of service.
  • Enhanced maternity pay: 14 weeks basic pay.
  • Enhanced paternity pay: 2 weeks basic pay.
  • Death in service life insurance: 3 x salary from day 1.
  • Leave policies: Bereavement, compassionate, and special circumstances leave.
  • Employee referral programme: Earn rewards for successful referrals.
  • Employee Assistance Programmes: Including Unum Help@Hand & Coyle Health & Well-being.
  • Company pension: 3% employer contribution, 5% employee contribution.
