  • You analyze sales and relevant KPIs on a weekly basis and create explanations and margin breakdowns (vs. previous year, vs. plan, vs. previous launches).
  • You will perform sell-thru analysis on existing collections and create "drop" analyses with a focus on sell-thru rates and item performance.
  • You will create regular best and worst seller reports (ROS, Weeks Cover, Terminal Stock).
  • You investigate returns and identify the most common reasons for returns.
  • You will take on ad-hoc analyses to support data-driven decisions.
  • You will analyze the impact of pricing strategies on sales performance and provide recommendations accordingly.
  • You will analyze the existing inventory and prepare it according to inventory clusters (NOS, A-stock, B-stock, C-stock).
  • Together with the team, you will develop discount strategies to optimize inventory levels.
  • You will brief the BI team on the creation and continuous improvement of BI dashboards
  • You will regularly forecast the new collection quantities.
  • You will align with Sourcing Manager regarding the production capacity plans and shipping calendars for the new orders
  • You have min. 3 years experience in the field of sales analytics, inventory management or demand planning – ideally in the fashion, retail or consumer goods industry.
  • You have strong analytical thinking skills and can prepare and interpret complex data in an understandable way.
  • You are confident in using Excel (including pivot tables and formulas) and ideally have experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
  • You work in a structured, detail-oriented way and have a solution-oriented mindset.
  • You are a strong communicator and can present your analyses in a clear and understandable way – in both German and English.
  • You enjoy working with data and deriving strategies for sales and inventory optimization from it.
  • You are a team player, but you also have initiative and drive your topics forward independently.
  • In the best case, you have a degree in business administration, business informatics, supply chain management or a comparable qualification.
