Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay: $22-$30/hour + Bonus Opportunities + Overtime Available

Have you worked in construction, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, manufacturing, warehouse operations, landscaping, military service, or any hands-on trade?

If so, this could be an excellent opportunity to move from the field into a professional office-based construction career.

No estimating experience is required. We are looking for motivated individuals with mechanical aptitude, strong math skills, and a willingness to learn.

You'll work alongside experienced estimators and project managers who will train you on how commercial construction projects are bid, priced, and managed.

What You'll Learn

As a Junior Estimator Trainee, you'll learn how construction projects are planned and priced before work begins.

You'll be trained to:

• Read construction drawings and project plans
• Measure and calculate material quantities
  
• Assist with project estimates and bid preparation
• Work with vendors and suppliers to gather pricing
• Learn how mechanical systems are installed in commercial buildings

What We're Looking For

You do NOT need estimating experience.

You may be a great fit if you have:

• At least 1 year of work experience in any construction, trade, maintenance, manufacturing, warehouse, military, or mechanical environment
• Strong attendance and work ethic
• Strong math and measurement skills
• Mechanical aptitude and curiosity
  
• Ability to stay organized and follow through on tasks
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Stable work history and strong references

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, construction, maintenance, manufacturing, military technical roles, or mechanical trades is helpful but not required.
