Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing scopes of work and project requirements
• Performing quantity take-offs and material calculations
• Preparing labor and material estimates
• Reading plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Obtaining and evaluating vendor and subcontractor pricing
• Collaborating with sales, operations, and project teams
• Reviewing project scopes to ensure accuracy before pricing is finalized
• Assisting with public bid and negotiated projects across multiple roofing systems

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience
  
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Experience with commercial roofing systems such as:
  • TPO
  • PVC
  • EPDM
  • Metal Roofing
  • BUR (Built-Up Roofing)

• Experience performing take-offs and material quantification
  
• Desire to grow with a company long term
