• →Perform occupational therapy evaluations
• →Develop individualized treatment plans
• →Improve patient independence and safety
• →Assess ADLs and functional limitations
• →Educate caregivers and patients
• →Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams

• Active Florida OT License
• Home health experience preferred
• HCHB experience preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning skills
