Pro Shop Attendant

Description

 As a Pro Shop Attendant, you’ll be the first point of contact for golfers. You’ll assist with tee time reservations, retail sales, merchandise organization, and general customer service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and has a passion for golf. 

•  Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service.
•  Manage tee sheet and schedule reservations.
•  Operate point of sale system for retail transactions.
•  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pro Shop.
•  Assist with inventory tracking and restocking merchandise.
•  Provide basic information about the course, events, and promotions.
•  Support tournament setup and coordination when needed. 

Requirements

•  Minimum high school diploma or equivalent 
•  Previous retail or customer service experience preferred 
•  Basic knowledge of golf terminology and etiquette 
•  Strong communication and organizational skills
•  Ability to work weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
•  Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented 
• Have a valid driver's license
