Production Maintenance Tech

• →Maintain the operational ability of equipment by completing routine preventative maintenance checklists and activities.
• →Learn to identify mechanical issues and repair or replace worn and broken parts as necessary.
• →Move, assemble, install, and dismantle industrial machinery using hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools.
• →Use equipment such as forklifts, aerial lifters, and cranes to move heavy or unwieldy materials safely.
• →Address general facility maintenance issues and carry out standard recycling duties.
• →Learn to read and understand schematic diagrams, engineering blueprints, and sketches to guide assembly and repairs.
• →Strictly follow all work site safety requirements, regulations, and best practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Entry-level maintenance or contracting experience is required. Previous roles like maintenance mechanic, electrician helper, or automobile mechanic are highly preferred.
• A strong willingness to learn about and service industrial components, including gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, motors, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• The ability and desire to learn about industrial electrical systems, motor controls, wiring diagrams, AC/DC circuits, sensors, and basic Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Highly motivated to master complex engineering drawings and electrical/piping schematics to understand system layouts.
• A detail-oriented and dedicated individual who is enthusiastic about problem-solving and making a positive impact on the team's success.
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment, including steel-toe shoes.
