Production Supervisor

The Dixon Group is seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to join our Manufacturing team in Chestertown, MD! • →Lead daily Cell meetings with Zone Leaders to align priorities and communicate expectations
• →Coordinate and implement production activities in partnership with other leaders
• →Verify corrective actions, including performing root cause analysis and ensuring follow‑through
• →Learn and apply the Dixon MOS to perform supervisory duties effectively
• →Coach, develop, and evaluate leaders and operators to support team success
• →Gather, analyze, and summarize performance metrics
• →Conduct timely employee performance reviews and provide ongoing developmental feedback
• →Promote, uphold, and help establish Standard Work practices
• →Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate degree preferred
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Manufacturing and machining knowledge
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using various computer systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively
