Responsibilities

  • 2+ years of experience in contract administration, healthcare administration, provider relations, insurance, claims, or a related administrative role preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and typing speed.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Flexibility between competing priorities and ability to adapt.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong follow-through and accountability.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies, research information, and solve problems independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, document-management systems, and other technology platforms.
  • Ability to learn healthcare terminology, provider contracting processes, and internal systems quickly.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong networking ability and proficiency in establishing relationships and evaluating partnership opportunities.
  • Ability to solve problems and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to adapt appropriately for different audiences.
  • Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday, on-site in Amarillo, TX.
  • Frequent balancing of urgent inquiries and detailed research.
