CEO Antwerp - Ports & Terminals

This executive leadership role combines strategic vision with operational leadership. You will shape the future of the Antwerp business, strengthen key stakeholder partnerships and inspire a high-performing, inclusive and safety-focused culture. The role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on international supply chains while leading experienced multidisciplinary teams across terminal operations, logistics and support functions. 

• Define and execute the long-term strategy for the Antwerp business in alignment with regional and global priorities.
• Lead the overall business performance, including full P&L ownership, sustainable growth and operational excellence.
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and governance requirements.
• Strengthen strategic relationships with customers, partners, port authorities, government stakeholders and industry representatives.
• Drive operational efficiency, digital innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across terminal and logistics activities.
• Lead and develop an engaged, diverse and high-performing leadership team and workforce.
• Champion collaboration, inclusion, accountability and employee wellbeing across the organization.
• Partner constructively with employee representatives and unions to maintain positive labor relations.
• Represent DP World externally as a trusted ambassador for the business, our values and our long-term ambitions.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment with regional leadership and key stakeholders. 

• →Extensive senior leadership experience within ports, terminals, logistics, maritime, supply chain or another asset-intensive environment.
• →Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to deliver business growth and financial performance.
• →Deep understanding of operational excellence, safety, compliance and stakeholder management in a complex environment.
• →Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams and creating an inclusive, people-centered culture.
• →Confidence building trusted relationships with customers, government bodies, unions and strategic partners.
• →Excellent communication, influencing and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
• →A strategic and forward-thinking mindset, combined with hands-on leadership capabilities.
• →Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, logistics, finance or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
• →Fluent English communication skills; Dutch language skills are considered a strong plus.
