KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead the end-to-end global implementation of the Darwinbox HRIS platform across multiple regions and business units.

Develop and manage the project plan, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance structure.

• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams involving HR, Technology, Payroll, Finance, and external implementation partners.

• Ensure delivery is aligned with business objectives, budget, scope, and agreed timelines.

• Drive decision-making and escalation management throughout the project lifecycle.

 

HRIS & Process Design

• Partner with HR stakeholders to review, standardise, and optimise global HR processes.

• Translate HR operational and business requirements into functional system specifications and technology requirements.

• Ensure the system configuration supports core HR processes including employee lifecycle management, organisational management, workflows, approvals, reporting, and integrations.

• Support data governance, data migration, validation, and system testing activities.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between HR, Technology teams, external vendors, and business leaders globally.

• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and design discussions with stakeholders across regions.

• Build strong working relationships to drive alignment, engagement, and adoption.

• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and steering committees.

 

Change Management & Adoption

• Support organisational change management activities to ensure successful user adoption.

• Develop communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans.

• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support go-live readiness activities.

• Drive continuous improvement and post-implementation stabilisation initiatives.

 

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure implementation aligns with company policies, security standards, and relevant data privacy regulations.

• Maintain clear project documentation, process maps, and governance records.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and implementation challenges proactively.

 

OTHER

  • Accountable for leading an engaged team, providing direction and promoting collaboration while ensuring they are enabled to carry out the goals and objectives of the business 

 

  • Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Previous experience implementing Darwinbox cloud-based HRIS platform.

  • Proven experience leading HRIS or HR technology implementations in a global organisation.

  • Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.

  • Experience working closely with Technology/IT teams and third-party system vendors.

  • Ability to translate business and HR requirements into technical/system requirements.

  • Strong project management capabilities with experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple levels of the organisation.

  • Experience managing global stakeholders across different regions and time zones.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

 

Preferred

• HRIS, PMP, Prince2, Agile, or related project management certification.

• Experience in change management and organisational transformation initiatives.

• Knowledge of HR data governance, integrations, and reporting frameworks.
