Operation Manager (f/m/d)

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Unternehmens‑, Qualitäts‑, Arbeits‑ und Brandschutzrichtlinien
• Gewährleistung ordnungsgemäßer Be‑ und Entladevorgänge sowie Lagerung nach FiFo
• Überwachung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Disziplin am Standort
• Schulung und Unterweisung des Teams sowie Klärung operativer Personalthemen
• Vermeidung von Schäden und Schrott sowie Durchführung von Prozess‑Audits
• Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung des Personaleinsatzes
• Überwachung der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe (z. B. Kommissionierung) und Durchführung regelmäßiger Kontrollen
• Ansprechpartner*in für den Kunden bei Abwesenheit der Standortleitung
• Analyse und Lösung operativer Probleme
• Erstellung von Schicht‑ und Unfallberichten, Problemanalysen und Verladedokumentationen
• Meldung von Beständen, Transportschäden und logistischen Themen an die Standortleitung
• Kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung (KVP) und Verfolgung fachlicher Entwicklungen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik (z. B. Fachkaufmann*frau Logistik) oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
• Erfahrung in Mitarbeiterführung und im Logistikbereich
• Kenntnisse in Material‑, Transport‑ und Logistiksystemen sowie Qualitätsmanagement
• IT‑Affinität und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Führerschein Klasse B
