Key Role Responsibilities:
Calendar & Meeting Management
o
Manage and coordinate calendars for the SVP & VP.
o
Schedule internal and external meetings across time zones with appropriate prioritization.
o
Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate pre-reads, and track follow-ups on action items.
Travel & Logistics
o
Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, accommodation, ground transport).
o
Support visa documentation and travel compliance requirements.
o
Prepare detailed travel itineraries and necessary backups.
Expense & Administrative Management
o
Process expense claims, reimbursements, and related documentation in line with company policies.
o
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submissions.
o
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
High-Profile Visits & Event Coordination
o
Manage logistics for senior leadership and stakeholder visits.
o
Coordinate hospitality arrangements (meeting rooms, catering, access, security).
o
Assist in execution of leadership meetings and key engagements within GSC.
Operational & Administrative Support
o
Draft professional correspondence, presentations, and reports as required.
o
Act as a point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
o
Handle sensitive information with discretion.
o
Identify scheduling conflicts and support timely resolution.
o
Assist in planning daily priorities to enhance leadership effectiveness.
Skills & Competencies:

Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in interacting with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
•
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
•
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and virtual collaboration tools.
Education & Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
•
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership (preferably at VP level or above).
•
Experience in a corporate environment will be an added advantage.
