 As a Producer, you will:  

• Be actively involved with all production requirements within the agency and perform as an agency producer when working with external suppliers.
• Respond to production briefs and establish internal capabilities.
• Plan and manage timing schedules and production budgets. 
• Monitor work scope and risk against all variables and escalate issues to the Senior Producer, if required.
• Maintain communication between all relevant parties, internal and external.
• Lead all appropriate client-facing meetings in pre- and post-production.
• Create and maintain all scheduling requirements, estimates, POs, contracts and final outputs through to CAD and dispatch.
• Manage vendors and talent on assigned projects.
