A DAY IN THE LIFE OF
We are seeking a talented and creative Project Manager with a focus on interior design to join our Design and Expansion team, which oversees the design and build of office spaces for companies of all sizes. The ideal candidate would have experience in drafting and conceptualising layouts for residential or commercial properties and have a keen eye for aesthetics and interior design. Experience in hospitality, 3D rendering and sourcing materials, fixtures and furnishings is a valuable plus.
In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of a design and build project - from initial layout design, interior design and furnishing decision-making through to project management and delivery.
They will thrive in a fast-paced international environment, taking direction from senior visionaries and making ideas become a reality.
Responsibilities

- →Experience in project management and coordination
- →Strong attention to detail
- →Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- →Proven experience in interior design, preferably with a focus on restaurants, hotels and commercial hospitality spaces or coworking environments
- →Strong drawing skills with proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
- →Knowledge of sourcing materials and furnishings is a plus
- →Excellent communication, business acumen and presentation skills
- →Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- →Exceptionally organised with the ability to multitask
- →Thrives under pressure and solution-oriented
- →Personable with strong verbal and written communication
- →Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin is a plus
