About the Role We’re looking for a results-driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) who operates at the intersection of client strategy, paid media performance, and retention-driven growth. You will be responsible for owning client outcomes, ensuring campaign success across Paid Ads and SEO, and identifying opportunities to expand accounts and increase lifetime value. You will manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their strategic partner while collaborating closely with internal media buyers, SEO specialists, and operations teams. Your success will be measured by client retention, satisfaction, and revenue expansion. Responsibilities Client Success & Retention Own a portfolio of clients, ensuring high retention, satisfaction, and long-term growth. Act as the primary point of contact, building trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders. Lead monthly performance reviews, strategy calls, translating data into clear business outcomes. Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to prevent churn. Paid Media & SEO Strategy Oversight Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies across: Paid Ads (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) SEO (technical, on-page, and growth strategies) Ensure campaigns align with client goals such as lead generation, ROAS, and pipeline growth. Interpret campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results. Account Growth & Revenue Expansion Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Support clients in scaling their marketing efforts through new channels, increased budgets, or additional services. Contribute to revenue growth targets through account expansion. Performance & Operations Management Track client performance using tools like ClickUp and CRM systems. Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, projects, and optimizations. Maintain clear documentation of client activities, progress, and forecasts. Tools & Systems Work within marketing and automation platforms such as: Go High Level (GHL) Paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar) Maintain structured workflows, reporting, and communication processes. Requirements 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Growth roles within a marketing agency or SaaS environment. Strong understanding of: Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) SEO fundamentals and performance metrics Experience managing multiple clients and delivering measurable marketing results. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and strategy. Excellent communication and presentation skills (client-facing experience required). Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) and ClickUp or similar project management tools. Benefits Salary: $2500-$3000 / month Remote anywhere in LATAM
