We’re looking for a dependable, organized leader to oversee daily operations at our clinic. This is a hands-on front desk role with clinic management responsibilities. You will serve as the go-to person for the location, supporting staff, assisting patients, and keeping the clinic running smoothly.

Serve as the primary point of contact for staff questions and clinic needs.

Support and guide staff to ensure clinic procedures are followed.

Provide welcoming, professional patient service.

Work assigned shifts and maintain flexibility to meet staffing needs.

Coordinate coverage when staff call out or scheduling gaps arise, including personally covering shifts when needed.

Communicate staffing concerns and operational updates to leadership.
→Explain membership plans, visit packages, and pricing to help patients choose an option that fits their needs.
→Meet clinic sales and conversion goals while providing professional, patient-focused service.
→Coach front desk staff on presenting care options and supporting clinic sales goals.

This position requires availability for full-day shifts (9:30am-7:15pm and 9:30am - 4:15pm on weekends) and flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends. Scheduled days may vary based on clinic needs. As the location’s lead, you will also be responsible for arranging coverage when staff call out and stepping in to cover shifts when needed.
