Outbound Sales Agent - Senior

Salary: R19,000 per month, plus a R1,000 monthly medical aid allowance and 10 non-working days per annum.
We are looking for an experienced, driven outbound B2B cold caller to join our team as a Senior Cold Caller. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example—someone who enjoys being on the phones, consistently delivers results, and can help set the standard for the wider sales team.

This is an office-based position, working alongside a team of dedicated sales professionals in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

• 3–5+ years' outbound B2B cold calling experience

• Experience selling an intangible service rather than a physical product

• Proven track record of calling senior decision-makers, including Managing Directors, CEOs, and Partners

• Has coached or mentored other salespeople, even informally

• Comfortable working autonomously and covering UK business hours

• Strong objection handling and structured cold calling approach

• Stable employment history, with at least one role held for 18 months or longer
