Outbound Sales Agent

Salary R15,000 + Medical Aid Allowance, and 10 days paid leave.

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Outbound Sales Agent to join our growing team. This role is critical in supporting our business development efforts by identifying and qualifying leads and new opportunities.

● Prospect and identify new business opportunities through calls

● Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.

● Research target markets and decision-makers to understand their business needs.

● Work closely with the internal sales team to refine opportunities.

● Represent a global interiors & workplace design firm with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm

● 1–2 years of sales experience (B2B preferred).

● Proven track record in lead generation or sales support.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Confident on the phone and comfortable handling objections.

● Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient.

● Good organisational and time management skills.

● Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
