The Staff Pad is partnering with a respected hospital in beautiful Las Vegas, NM to hire a compassionate and motivated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA). Schedule: PRN | Weekdays, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed What You'll Do As a CMA, you'll play an essential role in supporting providers and ensuring a positive patient experience. Responsibilities include: Gathering and organizing patient information with accuracy and care Supporting providers with patient flow and clinical coordination Identifying patient needs and assisting with treatment interventions Enhancing communication between patients and the healthcare team Delivering compassionate, patient-centered support every day Comprehensive onsite training is provided to help you succeed and feel confident in your role.
