The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputed hospital in Manchester, TN, and we are looking to hire dependable Phlebotomist to join their laboratory team. In this role, you will collect and process patient specimens to support accurate laboratory testing for both inpatient and outpatient populations. Schedule: PRN (12-Hour Shift) What You’ll Do Key Responsibilities Collect blood and other specimens safely and accurately from patients of all ages Label, document, and prepare specimens for testing (name, date, time & location) Complete routine and STAT lab order collections in a timely manner Obtain patient consent when required for procedures File & deliver laboratory reports to appropriate departments & support daily lab operations Monitor, replace, and maintain phlebotomy supplies and inventory across hospital departments Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance standards Provide excellent patient service and communication What We Are Looking For Qualifications Current Tennessee phlebotomy certification required Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical staff Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills Compassionate, dependable, and committed to high-quality patient care What You Can Expect Working Conditions Exposure to bloodborne pathogens, hazardous materials, and varying work environments Fast-paced setting with frequent interruptions Frequent standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
